Our Mission

At Bridging the Gap, our mission is to empower designers, educators, and creatives with the knowledge and skills necessary to support BIPOC performers. We focus on industry-specific hair and makeup techniques, terminology, and research to foster inclusivity and diversity. Our goal is to bridge the gap in understanding and representation within the performing arts industry.
